Please kindly review our policies, procedures and restrictions for a better service, safety, convenience and comfort during your stay.

No pets allowed
No outside food, outside drinks and outside alcoholic drinks allowed inside the restaurant
No smoking in all the property premises (including rooms)
No grills and stoves allowed
No cooking allowed
No hanging of clothes in the balconies and cabañas allowed
No bringing tents allowed
No big and loud speakers systems allowed
No sharp, pointed objects, guns and any other arms allowed

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Any form of changes with the booking must be done 3 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
In case of refund, refunds might take up to two weeks to be processed.
Cancellation and refunds are not allowed within 7 days prior to arrival date
Unused nights for shortened stays are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

Payments:

Reservations from the Booking website:

Payment shall be done withing one hour, after one hour the reservation will be automatically cancelled if is not paid.

Walk in:

Payment shall be 100% for the accommodation and services before the Check-in with Front Desk

Rooms and Cabañas should be vacated by 12:00 noon, rooms may be extended until 6:00 PM with applicable late check-out fee of P200 per hour, subject to availability.

Sales conditions:

The price indicated is per accommodation for the number of persons and dates selected in advance, unless otherwise specified (fixed price).

Taxes:

The total amount of your reservation includes all the government and hotel taxes.

Outside food: Outside food, outside drinks and outside alcoholic drinks are not allowed in the resort.

Resort Fee: 5% of Resort Fee will be added.
