Rules and Policies

PIPA DE PLAYA RESORT CAfé

Please take a moment to review our resort’s rules and policies. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests.

By staying with us, you agree to follow our check-in and check-out procedures, respect quiet hours, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to all safety regulations. Thank you for your cooperation.

RESORT Rules

  • No pets allowed

  • No outside food, outside drinks and outside alcoholic drinks allowed inside the restaurant

  • No smoking in all the property premises (including rooms)

  • No grills and stoves allowed inside the rooms

  • We wont cook outside food from guests

  • No hanging of clothes in the balconies and cabañas allowed

  • No bringing tents allowed

  • No big and loud speakers systems allowed

  • No sharp, pointed objects, guns and any other arms allowed

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT POLICY

  • All rooms are available from 14:00 H (2:00 p.m.)

  • Rooms should be vacated by 12:00 noon, rooms may be extended until 6:00 PM with applicable late check-out fee of P300 per hour, subject to availability.

SALES POLICY

  • The price indicated is per accommodation for the number of persons and dates selected in advance, unless otherwise specified (fixed price).

  • The total amount of your reservation includes all the government and resort taxes.

PAYMENTS POLICY

  • Payment shall be 100% for the accommodation and services before the Check-in with Front Desk

  • All reservations must be done and paid from the resort website.

  • For walk-ins, reservation must be online using the resort website.

  • Any extra charges must be paid before check in.

  • All payments must be made exclusively through our website: www.pipadeplaya.com.

  • If a staff member requests cash or a direct GCash-to-GCash payment or if you are asked to pay for any service not listed on our website, that transaction will be considered 100% free of charge.

  • Only reservations or transactions processed directly through this Facebook page Messenger chat (such as PWD discounts, manual reservations, reservation upgrades, or similar cases) are allowed

CHANGES,  CANCELLATIONS
and refundS POLICY

  • Any form of changes with the booking must be done 3 days prior to arrival to avoid one night charge

  • Cancellation and refunds are not allowed within 7 days prior to arrival date.

  • In case of refund, refunds might take up to two weeks to be processed.

  • Unused nights for shortened stays are non-refundable.

  • Please be advised that refunds will not be accepted for issues caused by the guest’s failure to read or understand the room inclusions.

Cooking and grilling POLICY

  • Cook only in your brick assigned outdoor area (not inside rooms).

  • We do not provide cooking/grilling tools or equipment.

  • Any cooked, grilled or outside food or drinks are not allowed to be consumed inside the restaurant.

  • We wont cook any food from guests, the restaurant kitchen and restaurant area is exclusive for our restaurant menu.

  • No electric extensions or high-voltage appliances allowed.

  • Keep your area clean at all times, a ₱1,000 cleaning fee applies if left dirty.

  • Dispose of trash properly.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged cooking items.

  • Any damage caused by cooking will be charged accordingly.

  • Do not block walkways or common areas.

  • Staff reserve the right to stop any cooking activity if the area becomes messy or unsafe.

  • Any violation of the above guidelines will result in a ₱1,000 fee to be paid via online only (NO CASH ACCEPTED)

  • We do not offer free parking.

  • Paid parking spaces may be available, but availability is not guaranteed.

  • All parking areas paid or unpaid are not owned, managed, or controlled by us.

  • We are not responsible for any price changes in paid parking areas.

  • We are not liable for any theft, loss, or damage that may occur in any parking area.

  • Parking is not included as an amenity in any of our rooms.

  • Please be advised that refunds will not be accepted for issues caused by the guest’s failure to read or understand the no free parking availability.

Power OutageS POLICY

  • Our resort does not have a backup generator.

  • Occasional power outages in the area are beyond our control.

  • No refunds or rescheduling will be offered due to power outages.

  • Guests are advised to plan accordingly and take necessary precautions.

Typhoons and Natural Events policy

  • In case of typhoons or severe weather, the resort will follow official PAGASA advisories.

  •  Signal 1: Resort operations continue as normal; no refunds or rescheduling.

  • Signal 2: Resort operations continue as normal; no refunds or rescheduling.

  • Signal 3 or higher: Considered unsafe for travel; guests are eligible for rescheduling or full refund.

  • The resort is not responsible for damages caused by natural events outside our control.

Guest Occupancy and Children policy

  • Each room has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit is not allowed for safety and comfort reasons.

  • Children must be supervised by an responsible adult at all times.

  • Extra beds or mattresses may be requested subject to availability and will incur additional charges.

  • Kids of 5 years old and above have a regular adult rate

  • Children of 4 years old and below are free of charge

Internet and Shared Facilities policy

  • Wi-Fi access is provided in designated areas; speed and availability may vary.

  • Guests using shared facilities (showers, bathrooms, common areas) must follow posted rules and maintain cleanliness.

  • The resort is not liable for any interruptions or limited access to these facilities.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Personal Belongings policy

  • The resort is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought by guests.

  • Guests are responsible for securing their rooms, including locking doors and windows when unattended.

  • There are no safes provided in the rooms; valuables should be kept with the guest at all times.

  • Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and keep personal belongings safe at all times.

  • The resort is not liable for loss or damage resulting from negligence, theft outside the resort, or failure to follow these precautions.

Accidents and Liability policy

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety within the resort premises.

  • The resort is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by guests or their visitors, except when resulting directly from the resort’s negligence.

  • All guests are expected to follow posted safety rules and staff instructions.

Force Majeure

  • Pipa de Playa Resort Café shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government orders, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseeable circumstances that make it impossible or impractical for us to provide our services.

included Breakfast Policy

  • Each registered guest is entitled to one (1) complimentary breakfast per person, per night of stay.

  • Complimentary breakfast applies only to guests under regular room rates.

  • Breakfast allocation is based strictly on the number of guests registered at check-in, regardless of the room’s maximum capacity.

  • The maximum allocation per room is as follows: Cabanas (up to 2), Deluxe Double (up to 2), Deluxe Queen (up to 2), and Family Room (up to 8).

  • Complimentary breakfast will be served only between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM.

  • No complimentary breakfast will be served after 10:00 AM under any circumstances.

  • Breakfast offerings are subject to ingredient availability, and specific menu items are not guaranteed.

  • The resort may modify, substitute, or limit breakfast offerings without prior notice due to weather conditions, supply shortages, or operational needs.

  • Complimentary breakfast has no cash value and cannot be converted into cash, refunds, or discounts. It is non-transferable and can only be availed by registered guests staying in the room.

  • Guests may be required to present valid room identification (room number or breakfast stub, if applicable).

Pipa de Playa Resort Café reserves the right to update, amend, or change these policies and house rules at any time without prior notice.
